1992 240SX Coupe stutters when it shuts down and idle goes up and down

I need some help..My car has 10lb bottle of NOS(Wet Shot) from the previous owner. I had the car for a week. It idles between 1500 and 2000rpm and some times when i shut it off it stutters for like 5 seconds. Is it off timming? Fuel Pump and Fuel Filter?Vacum hose? I need some help!!!

It's a lot of ****... you had the car for a week.

Considering we obviously don't know what is going on w/ the car & it was modified...

If you REALLY want to fix this, you should return the car back to stock (i.e. remove that NOS stuff - could be causing vacuum leaks or whatnot).

Set the base timing again (if you don't know how, search for the FSM - factory service manual) on here, it's linked somewhere, or buy one if you really feel frisky.

Do a basic tune up, etc - the normal stuff you do when you buy a used car.
