1992 240SX - Clutch master cylinder leaks and hose + wire question

The reservoir for the clutch master cylinder is always empty. All the fluid leaks into my car. It leaks from the picture below:What is the best way to fix this leak?

There is also a mystery wire hanging from the right side of the transmission. What is this wire for?

I also noticed that there seems to be a missing hose at the bottom of the radiator. The radiator does not leak. What is the missing hose for?

remove clutch cylinder and tear it apart. 99% that rubber seals are cracked and leaks brake fluid from reserviour to cylinder. buy oem seal kit/new cylinder/used and good cylinder and replace. 30min job
