I appreciate the help, I actually downloaded that pdf last night before this post, was just hoping for a little more extensive, seemed a little thinner on the information then the normal Helms I have used. But after... and yes I know this is a long time, after 4 hours, I got the dang then removed/reinstalled with everything up and running. I am sure his battery is dead though, we charged it only to find the cells inside of it were bone dry but his brother and I took it for a nice spirited run and lets say he wants to steal what his younger brother calls a POS. So yes, I took four hours and I would have to say, going from Honda to Nissan I found it a little different mainly the amount of space I had to work with, it was real cramped so getting at things with just basic type tools wasn't the greatest time consumer. I would say if I were able to just make things disappear and reappear, I could have done it in all of 15 minutes but the damn fan posed most of my movement problems as well as two rubber hoses. It also helped once I understood the adjuster & loosener more. I was loosening both of them, and was too stupid to understand that the loosen needed to be undone and then to bring the adjuster in to remove all the tension off the belts. Also, NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER remove the loosener bolt completely from the entire housing. With the limited movement and room to work with, it's extremely hard to get everything lined back up again by yourself. Yes, my friend never called it's HIS dang car so I went over there and worked on it cause I cancelled appointments to help him out so I wasn't going to waste the day. Anyway, I appreciate, everyone's help, the archived posts and information I found within this site. So from a Honda guy, thanks for everything!!
