My Q45 sometimes does not turn over quickly. My mechanic says there is something related to the fuel pump that prevents the gas from getting up to the engine. He says if you turn the key, and wait 10 seconds to start the car, it will start more consistently. He says then the fuel will get up to the engine when the key is in the ON position.

What do I need to replace to fix this problem once and for all?

Also, I live in Walnut Creek California in the East Bay (of San Francisco Bay Area)If anyone knows of a reputable repair person (but not the dealer with their ridiculous prices),I would be most appreciative.

Thanks so muchGlenn Letsch925-937-7807
