Does anyone have a 1991 Q45 driver/left rear window regulator for sale? Mine finally went out and they are hard to find nowadays. Currently the window is held up with duck tape and paper filler inside the door. If anyone has this specific part that I need it will be greatly appreciated.

Or if maybe there is a window regulator from another car that is compatible or interchangeable with the 91 Q45?

Nope, you're SOL for getting one here in the 'States. The original 82721-60U00 supersedes to a 82721-60U17, but those still only fit the '90~96 Q45 with no direct cross reference to any Nissan models. Amayama shows stock on the 60U17, about $100 with shipping but you'll need to wait for the boat from Japan.

Mine was too mangled to even try, but in some cases it looks like it's possible.

Q451990 Mine too is too mangled and the cable is fraying as well as one of the plastic pieces that guides the cable has broken off. I've stocked the front regulators from my past junkyard finds but never stocked rear regulators and motors for my car. Thank you both for the information you have provided for me. Parts for this car are getting scarce but mine still drives pretty nice!
