First off. Wow. The amount of scrolling I had to go through to find my login. 30+ year old car. Nothing available in USA. Blue springs.... will run you about 750 if u can find them. Got a set myself. Coilovers. Maybe 1500 to 2k. BBS wheels probably the best route.

Houston Texas? Wow, you couldn't be closer to the original guru of the HG50 (PHG50) platform!
Look up Keith Bowers in Bellaire (Band B suspensions).
When sorted out, the active suspension Q is an amazing ride (not to mention a fine engineering achievement). As was stated, parts are hard to find, but Keith can point you in the right direction. It might be as simple as your strut accumulators needing a recharge of the pressurised gas. I personally use Argon now in place of the factory nitrogen.

and....specifically on this point: do NOT attempt to loopback until and unless you find someone that thoroughly knows these systems and how to do it properly. Yes, it's possible. But more people have destroyed their irreplaceable tandem active/power steering pump than not.
It is possible to do a full conversion to a passive system, but again--needs to be well thought out to do it properly.
If you do decide to de-activate your hydraulic suspension, keep the pieces completely clean (remove all dirt prior to breaking hydraulic lines). You can then re-sell them.
