1991 Pathfinder Won't Fire

I have a 1991 Pathfinder with about 160.000 miles that died while driving about 35 mph. Currently there is no spark from dist. Replaced the coil but still no spark. The coil wire was shot and just dangling on, also full of acid build-up. Replaced wires and coil but still no spark. Does anyone know what else I can check.
