1991 Nissan pickup 4x4 ring and pinion gear change

I have recently put a 3 " lift on my pickup to accommodate larger tires, currentlyusing 32" tires. With my 4 cylinder engine, I find that it has a hard time turning these larger tires. I would like to change gears to either a 4.67 or 4.88. I would still like to getgood top end performance also. Does anyone know which would be better?Also do you know of any good source for buying the new ring and pinion setand also a limited slip for the rear?I have heard that there is a limited slip out of 240 Z which would work.I appreciate your help.
