I am in a rebuild project on a 1991 nissan maxima and I am looking to convert the drum brakes to disc and was looking for any information on how to accomplish this? Also the wiring harness has been dry rotted and spliced to hell and I am looking for a place to purchase another one? If you could help that would be great!!!

Third gens (89-94) were available with 4-wheel discs. Easiest bet for converting your drums would be to find a wrecked 4-wheel-disc car and swap out the components.

I have a 90 SE that came stock with 4 wheel disc, so I would think a junkyard would be teh easiest and cheapest solution.

I'll sell you the stuff I have and you can convert it to rear disc.

On top of the rear bits you'll also need the master cylinder as the brake bias will be different between the two. Do you have ABS or no? If not, my stuff may not work and you'll need to get non-ABS components instead. Just let me know.
