I would research a lot more before you start spending money on the swap. And research where you're getting the engine too, i've never heard of Tiger Japanese but it looks like every other cheap engine site. (i.e.osaka/toronto jdm motors) I would recommend a company with a reputation, you pay more at these sites but you're paying for customer service and warranties and guarantees the cheap sites don't offer. I would recommend elite jdm or jsa motors, they have thorough engine inspections and compression test all motors before shipping, and it didn't look like the Tiger japanese one included the uncut harness which is required. As for additional parts, there are some that you have to get and some that you should get, they add up pretty quick. For example you'll need a cat or test pipe, and a cat-back, to bolt up to the turbo outlet. You'll need some new heater hoses or to modify/make some, to run them to the other side of the motor, need an intake, an intercooler(side mount or front mount, front mount requires you getting a small battery or relocating to trunk), fuel pump, electric fan w/thermostat, youll want a couple gauges (boost, oil pressure, etc), you can keep your radiator and use a crossover bar to get hose to other side, but may over heat down the road, so aluminum radiator is good idea, with new hoses. Also, the engines on those sites have warranties, but they are only good if you replace the water pump and timing chain and oil filter spark plugs etc Also going to need a new fuel filter, thermostat, i can't think of everything off the top of my head right now its getting late, but do some research. The answers are all here, and on google. Ive learned much from nico, just dont let the a5sholes discourage you from learning, and utilize the SEARCH button well, this site has been going for a long time with lots of members almost everythings been covered, just a matter of finding it. Welcome to nico btw. It can end up being more expensive than you expect going in, and you'll want to replace even more than that (clutch, short shifter, resurface flywheel) but it will be a lot of fun....One of the easiest swaps in the world from what i've read. (Im still collecting parts, engine will be here in 3 months)

Heres a good place to start on Nico, and the first guide he has linked the heavy throttle one is a nice detailed swap guide.
