I recently rebuilt the engine but I didn't take it out, I had someone else do that for me...

I put it all together and now the truck runs like a dog, and it idles fine, what could be wrong with it? The compression is all in the 130+, it has new Oxygen Sensors, Plugs, and Wires....Thanks!

Any idiot lights on?

Does it act like fuel delivery? Maybe a clogged filter or a dying fuel pump?

MAF sensor?

I changed the filter, its not throwing any codes, I'm going to try cleaning the maf, is there any other way to test the maf without buying a new one?

I don't think 91's came with mafs I'll have to look

It idles ok...but has no power.

1. It could be the distributor. The timing advance isn't functioning. Idle will work but it has no power once the rpms come up.2. A clog or restriction somewhere in the exhaust system. 3. Weak Fuel pump, clogged fuel filters. (There should be 2. One at the tank and another inline somwhere under the hood). A weak fuel pump can't deliver enough volume so the engine gets fuel starved. Same effect when fuel filters are clogged. ( yes I know you changed it, but these kinda issues are good reference for others )
