Yesterday I was driving my daily driver a 1991 240 with a stock KA24DE with 110k miles it was runing smooth, normal acelleration. This Morning I started it up, It was not Firing Cylinder 3, I checked wires, distributer cap, and fuel injectors and all appear to be functioning properly (all fuel injectors had same resistance, swapped spark plug into another cylinder fires, wire buzzes ground). Any Assistance would be appreciated!

Good checklist. You skipped the spark plugs though.

double-check your connections? make sure the fuel injector isnt fouled or clogged?

^ What he said. Checking for codes might prove helpful as well.

its puzzling, if it were a maf or ecu prob, wouldnt more than one cyl be dead?

EVERY time i have ever had a dead cylinder its been a bad injector (clogged).

nobody, it was just me stabbing at the dark.

i dont think it would be possible to have no compression in that cylinder and all the others would be fine, but testing for it might turn something up.
