1991 Hard Body Engine Replacement

Hello, I just discovered this forum and it is over the top. Mind boggling amount of information.My question is: I have a 1991 hard body with KA24E engine and M/T and a 1990 Stanza with KA24E engine with auto transmission. The truck engine has 350,000 and blew a head gasket. The Stanza is FWD with bad transmission but only 70,000 on rebuilt engine. I want to take engine from Stanza and install in truck. Will this work w/o major problems? Thank-you for your advice....Alan
