my driverside window is slow going up and down. Sometimes I have to help it by hand to get it to move or to close all the way. What could be causing this problem. Bad motor or something else?? Also how do you remove the door panel without screwing it up??

Does it make a scratchy sound too? It sounds like a bad regulator to me.

As for taking the door off, I think there is a series of clips, look around the edges a bit.

It sounds like it is probably the motor, if it operates slower than the others.

There are 3 screws that hold in the front door. 1 at the top of the door pull. 1 at the top inside of the panel. 1 at the bottom inside of the panel. The first 2 may be hidden by a cap in the door panel. There are also tabs holding the door panel to the metal structure of the door; a screwdriver or in interior panel tool(from autozone or some place similar) should help you get the panel off.
