1991 G20 Driverside window slow operating - Bad Motor? How to remove doorpanel?

my driverside window is slow going up and down. Sometimes I have to help it by hand to get it to move or to close all the way. What could be causing this problem. Bad motor or something else?? Also how do you remove the door panel without screwing it up??

My guess that either the motor or regulator is going... I would personally go ahead and get a window regulator assy (I think they may come with the motor?) to hav eit ready.. It will eventually break and most likely the window will fall down inside the door.....

try cleaning the glass w/WD-40,use a rag soaked in wd-40 wrapped around a flat blade or metal nailfile to clean the glass inside the door on the outside--this also cleans the wiper seal. Also use the wd-40 to clean inside the vertical channels that the glass slides up & down in.
