1991 D21 HVAC works intermittently

My Nissan Hardbody's heater/air conditioner blower works intermittently any ideas how to fix or diagnose it?

On the old stuff, "works intermittently" is usually a dying blower motor with worn-out brushes or a blower relay with worn-out contacts.

You'll just have to replace fan... cleaning don't work.. 10 min job.
