1991 Cut Wiring harness issues

I'm trying to figure out what wires were cut out of my wiring harness. It looks like there are a few wires I'm trying to track down. All these wires are in the part of the harness that has the throttle body/ mass airflow/ etc. connections.

Blue wire cut
Red wire cut
Green wire cut.

I'm going to get some pictures of these wires and their location, but I know that these wires were cut when the previous owner was running a carburetor setup on the KA24DE. Any info on what these wires are would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to look for the wiring diagram in FSM, but had trouble figuring out what colors they were listing. And lets face it, those diagrams are not the easiest to read.
