1991 300zx tt boost issues

Hello all,

I just purchased a 91 300zx tt with a built block, dw 850cc, 255lph, gt2781r turbos, z1 ecu, and aluminum radiator.

Currently I'm having boost issues, what sounds like an exhaust leak from the drivers side manifold, PS leak ( possibly from tank or cap) , and possibly a very small oil leak I am trying to confirm. Also, The nothing really works on the odometer but I got a new one to try that will hopefully work...

Any advice, info, suggestions, recommendations will be appreciated. I am in Michigan and looking to eventually run e85.
