Are you referring to the colored dots?It says what the colors mean on the bottom of the screen.

And of course the numbers with their values to their right.

Everything seems to be in good shape.

im a newb and im going out on a limb but, it might mean that you fuel injector timing is good. someone slap me if i am wrong
