1991 240SX w/ SR20DET AC comp won't engage

I purchased the car already swapped, put a belt on the AC comp and pushed the AC button, no light, no clutch engage.

The heater works, the blower works, I just have no idea if this is something I could fix or not.

Also having some trouble finding the low side nipple, I found the red capped high side next to my passenger head light in front of the radiator support.

Visually the lines all appear to be connected I'm sure it's out of refrigerant but it's probably still R-12 and I can't find that low side so I can convert it to R-134A.
