Well, I didn't have a multimeter, so I used a screwdriver, lol. When the key is turned to start, it sparked like a SOB. So I guess that narrows it down to the starter itself. I had the starter tested just a couple months ago. I thought starters kinda wore out...not just stop working altogether.
