1991 240SX SE w/ SR20DET: many problems

I got the car this past weekend, and I've encountered many problems, if it helps the car has a red top SR20DET in it, with Apex'i AVC-R and SAFC

-No temp. gauge, but car doesn't over heat after putting in a Nissan thermo

-dash lights at all, including cluster

-difficult to start first time every day, i think it's because of the vacuum leak

-bogs uphill [could that possible be related to the brakes?]

-No tach on the dash, but SAFC and AVC-R show tachs, so I'm totally lost there

-Car shakes/bogs if you're in 5th gear trying to go 30-40mph

-steering wheel shakes above 55 and below 70

-Driver side headlight only has high beam, passenger side only has low beam (need new headlights?)

I've checked all the fuses and replaced ones that weren't there (took the one for the annoying dinging back out though), and that got the interior lights to work, but not the cluster.

Haven't gotten around to taking out the cluster and checking connections or anything yet, so I need to do that to make sure the temp and tach are even connected.

When starting the car in the morning the Vacuum goes down from 20-0 until it eventually stalls it's self out. 20-22 after it warms up, but I have to hold the gas or drive it for it to stay running for the first few minutes, so I'm guessing I have a huge vacuum leak somewhere.

Any help/input is appreciated, as this is my first nissan and my first turbo car
