I really like the staggered offset.. couple things I will throw out.. since nobody's posted and i dont wanna leave a fellow Chu'ki member behind.. Get your mind set on what type of application you wanna go with.. street/drag/autocross/ and everyone's favorite.. drifting.. do performance first.. stylings later.. maybe lower that thing in the near future..

Kinda "Bold" statements I made.. but you get the picture..

Long live hatch!

Clean car, you need to take that out of 4x4 mode asap, if ur looking to daily it i have mine on some kyb agx and sportlines good ride height, it doesnt scrape too often, and the agx are semi stiff good for daily.. just my 2 cents

See I kinda like some of the sportmax whee;s, but 17x7 fronts is weird. You should source two more 17x9's

So your 15 get a job and save save save. Then start some upgrades.

Oh and your about 10 miles away from me. If you need anything let me know I can tell you who has what, whats shops are good local, and where to get some cheap/free used stuff.

First ill answer EVERYONE...heres my plans by winter time, i wanna get this done by than..after these goals are done, ill set new ones..

5-speed swapcoilovers(one new rear rim, ones a little beat up, but it can wait.)strut bar (front)

As for other questions, its gonna be a daily driver, maybe track it once in a while. not sure yet..just gonna build as i go along..

And dude, if you ever got any parts you wanna get rid of for cheap, let me know.. all i've got for sale is some audio s*** that i wanna get rid of so i can buy performance stuff, and ehh the SE rims..thats about all..

Looks like a good project and you have everything mapped out nicely. On a side note- switch bellhousing with me. You don't need that s14 bellhousing. I will even bring my s13 bellhousing to you (since you can't drive). No, seriously

would that be different than an s13? ill trade if it makes no difference for me.

you need to slam it before any performance, if you want to pull of those wheels.

Yes, I am serious. Your transmission is out of an s14. The holes on top of the bellhousing are for the crank position sensor- which just ammounts to pain in the a** OBDII diagnostic crap. The sensor has no direct effect on the function of the car, but I don't want any CELs after my swap. s13 does not have OBDII stuff. So, e-mail me if you are still willing to trade.

Thanks,Kevin

Really its worth the drive? I see trans sold 75-200 all the time. About what your time, miles, labor, gas would cost. Plus bonus trans with the bell housing.

Sure, why not. My time and my labor is free to me, so that only leaves miles and gas. I already have a trans. or four. Plus I have a friend that lives in NJ that I could visit, so its not a big deal.
