1991 240sx problems

well i got 240sx with a ka24de in it. so far the engine has been rebuilt, i got new new maf sensor, injectors, spark plugs, cap and rotor for distributor.And I still have a poblem, the car won't go over 2500 rpms. I'm totally lost right now.

That screams "limp mode". Is there any Check Engine light on? Does it go up to 2500 relatively quickly and then stop taching up abruptly?

I would guess MAF, but since you said that already, I just don't know... try unplugging the MAF and seeing if it makes any difference. Check the wiring to the MAF, and check your grounds.

well i unplugged the maf it seemed to do the same thing. then i checked the wires in the maf. the white line, when i put power into it started to rev futher. Where does the white wire go too??

the white wire goes directly to the ECU.

the FSM (available through the link in my sig) should also show which PIN that wire goes into on the ECU diagram... if you need to know that.
