I just completed my auto to 5 speed swap and noticed a problem. First off, I've replaced the slave cylinder, master clutch cylinder, throw out bearing, pilot bushing, clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate, and I have filled the transmission with Redline MT90 fluid. I have also removed the damper box. So I have replaced basically every part. My problem is that in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear the transmission whines (almost like how some cars sound when they are in reverse, that remote control car type of sound). The car shifts great though and the syncros are in great working order. My dad told me its probably the bearings inside the transmission going out. I just wanted to know what everyone else thinks it could be and if theres a solution.
Thanks, David
