hello, nico members

i have a situation going on with my s13 its a s13 kade motor. i just recently replaced a kade with another one. the motor turns over stays on, but when i give it throttle it would stumble and die. i checked all over for vacumm leaks. i messed around with the iaa screw then, afterwards i would give it throttle and it would just bog, like it was gonna shut down, loss of power i guess but wouldnt shut down. i checked the with multiples maf the first one is was that, but the second one was ok.

then i checked the tps, moved it around did some help not much, then disconnected it the car would shut down when idle. so i know its not that.

im out of ideas. i have no clue what it could be. i mean the car idles, but when given throttle it just boggs. im like wtf!!!!

can some one please help me out?? thank you.

Just an idea but are you sure its not a fuel issue? If you give it throttle and it dies you might not be getting fuel. Just an idea i thought i'd throw out there. Also you can unplug your maf and trying reving it without one. It'll run in limp mode but its one way to completely rule out the maf.

it does have fuel, and the lines are ok. a thing is i unplug the coolent temp sensor and i can rev it but it dies. i have unplugged the maf and it does idle ok. i give it throttle and it goes up to 2.5 or 3k then it bogs. i dont think its my maf cuz when plugged it stays on but bogs once i messed around with a i.a.a screw. any ideas??? its a 5spd by the way.

bump same problem. Should I replace the MAF? There is four ports on the sensor but only three metal parts in the connector.
