1991 240sx Ignition/Accessory power problems! HELP

Hello everyone, my son and I are new to the forum. Thanks, for all the great information listed here.

Our Car; 1991 240sx hatchback, all stock with a 5 speed manual w/167,000 miles. The car was sitting for the last 6 years. We got the car running, starts and drives great! Here's the problem! When you turn the ignition key to the "on/run" position, nothing happens. (No power to anything, horn, lights, gauges, windows, etc) The car will still start and run fine, once you "Rev" the engine, power comes on to the accessory's. Im out of ideas at this point. Any help would be great. Thanks

New Battery
New Alternator
New Battery Cables
New Starter
New Ignition Switch
New Dash Bulbs
New Fuel Pump
