1991 240sx Fuel injectors not firing

Hey guys, work at a performance shop here in knoxville , I did a ka24e to ka24de swap . The car ran with the ka24e now once I havce it all wire up and what not the fuelk injectors arent firing ... It will start on starting fluid but the injectors just arent pulating . I checked all the grounds and they look good . its not throwing anything but the 55 code wictch means everything is ok . Just wondering if there is anything I am looking over . Any help will be greatly appritiated .ThanksGage Gregory

crank angle sensor fires the injectors. its in the fsm on how to check them. pull the distributer off but leave the harness connected. turn the shaft on the distributer slowly and listen the injectors they should click one at a time i think.

check that first.

With one ecu if i pull the cam angel ...with the junk ecu it fires 3 of the 4

with the e5 ecu i pulled it and and spun it by hand and it didnt fire any of them what could this be?

You have to swap ecu...or adjust distributor back 23 degrees

I pulled the cover on the e5 ecu and it was fried...I wish i Pulled it and opened it before i started / started swapping harnesses 4 times!!!

Now with the junk ecu...im not getting any spark and have set the distrib 10 different times...

also I pulled it out and set the wires back on and spun the dis...and could not hear any of the injectors clicking...is the junk ecu finally fried too?
