I am new to the 240sx game but love the look and everything else that comes with the car. It needs some work and am starting with a new exhaust system, intake and header. What do you recomend for best power gains, sound and price?

a BRM exhaust either 2.5" or 3" if you are planning on a turbo later on.

I have 3in from the catback with a Forza muffler on a 91 not- T yet. I like how it looks and sound.

3" either way. It has the best gains, if you don't mind the noise. I can vouch for the BRM system with a hotshot header and 3" cat being very loud, but doesn't sound like angry bees.

3" got someone a 16hp gain, so that is a good choice as long as you don't try to sneak around quiet neighborhoods at night time.

A lot have 2.25", a lot have 2.5", a lot have 3"...after some research you will make your mind up.

DC Sports header, high flow cat, 2.25-3" tubing, straight through muffler...buying a catback will be more expensive than buying the pipe and getting it bent then putting a muffler on it, though.
