There is a weird noise coming from behind the fuse holder that is located on the driver side and the dashboard emergency brake light comes on and off, or flickers as you hear the sound. The sound is a buzzing that gets louder and the light gets brighter when I press the gas. The buzzing only occurs when the car is moving and in gear but will not stop if the car stops moving. I discovered the sound was coming out of one of the three relays that are located behind the fuse box. I replaced it but I still have the problem, I would like to add that the car's rear brake light fuse keeps blowing out, I checked the fluid in the brake reservoir it was fine. Could someone please help me solve this problem?

Check the fuses by the passenger side relay box. I think it's called engine cont or something like that.

Thank you, you got it, the 10A fuse under the Hood was the problem, and you are correct was called "engine cont", but also, I had to change the brake switch, that was the causing of the short out.
