1991 240 wont turn over.

I have a 1991 ka24de and it will not turn over. I have no clue what might be wrong with it. The accesories work until you turn the switch to the start position. It works in acc and on but as soon as you switch the ignition to start nothing happens. THe battery is not bad, because i have hooked it up to a jumper pack with a fresh battery in it. battery terminals? fuses (check them all).

I have looked but I will double check. I hope it's something that easy.

All of the fuses are good. I think I will go out and try to jump it at the starter.

unplug, and then replug the coilpacks into the engine... maybe you're not delivering spark?

It wont turn over so it's a bit soon to check on spark. There are a lot of cut wires that I need to figure out and re-run after I get a wiring diagram. Thanks for the help though.

check power to starter. if power is good check signal to starter(smaller wire)(also must be done while turning key to start position). If signal is good your starter is bad. If signal is bad, it could be a bunch of things, clutch switch or park nuetral switch, break in the wires, etc etc...
