DISCONNECT BATTERY BEFORE STARTING.

Tools

-7mm socket for 2 throttle position screws-7mm box end wrench-pliers for hose clamps-locking work better-flat head for loosening clamps-philips head screwdriver-carb cleaner-6mm hex key or socket for 4 bolts fastening throttle body to intake manifold-something to scrape old gasket off

Procedure

1. Loosen black plastic air intake that crosses front of engine so that plastic accordion that attaches to aluminum throttle body can be removed.2. Disconnect vacuum hose from throttle body.3.Disconnect tps electrical connector.4. Remove 4 bolts holding throttle body to air intake manifold.5. Remove 2 coolant lines6. Remove throttle linkage. Slide cable anchor ends sideways. Slack the cables to maneuver anchor ends out.7.Dont forget to clean vacuum orifice in throttle and bleed coolant system.8.Seal throttle with silicone before reattaching9. Remember to adjust tps to .45 volts when you reinstall it.
