1991 180sx running very rich help.

My sons car is running so rich that black smoke and dust is coming out of the exhaust. We changed fuel inj, ecu temp sensor, and fuel pump, I think the ecu is screwed but the strange thing is when I changed the ecu to a new one it runs good for a minute and stalls any ideas guys please help!!
