1990 Z with 300,000 miles?? WTF

interested in trading my Isuzu Trooper for a 300z. 1990 with what the owner claims is 210,000 miles. looked up on carfax and it says like maybe 300,000 miles, but may been a rollback. So heres my question. Has anyone driven a car for that many miles, and if everything is going well with the car could it be that there is nothing wrong??
This car is everything I have been looking for.. except the miles..
Hmmm....should I trust it. since Carfax does guarantee it, besides the mileage.

pass, if the milage is fishy what else about the car might be wrong? these cars are expensive to repair and maintain, buy the best lowest mile example you can afford
