1990 Turbo bolt on kit for a SOHC KA

whats up guys its been a while since i was around i finally built my motor with ross pistons and rings, egal rods bigger valves and my compresion is 9.5 to one i have a multi metal head gasket arp studs the engine is built im wating on my piggy to get in it a plug and play AEM and i have a T-4 turbo im looking to see if i can find a basic turbo kit to get me startedand add to it i have about 1200 right now to spend but i can seem to find anything online that i can buy any websites will be of help and if anyone has a sub harness for a HUD cluster im intrested i was going to buy one last time i was around but money was a bit hard to come by at the time if you have one let me know if your intrested in selling to me i got $100 plus what ever the shiping is

Ebay has a fairly good kit turbo intercooler ect. for about 1100. a friend of mine has one runing about 18 psi. his has held up very well.

do you know who sold it to him do they have a store or something i can got streight to them and buy it it would be a big help
