I've notice I've had to turn up my duty cycle on my apexi avcr recently to keep it at desired boost level.
The other day i wanted to run on my B setting at 1.10kg cm^2 it will only pull maybe .07 kgcm^2 more
Than on A setting it's set on a duty cycle 90% all the way through the rpm range on the controller.
Yesterday i cleaned my air filters and ordered a boost leak tester since I can't find my old one.
Checked all my clamps and didn't see any thing out the ordinary.
Here's my real question how to check the avcr boost soleniod and is it supposed to receive power and ground from the avcr. Because my solenoid I can easily blow trough it when un plugged or plugged in with the car running the soleniod flows free through.
I checked power source from the head unit to the soleniod and only have power on one pin and nothing on the other. When I plug the soleniod in theres power on both wire like it just going straight through the soleniod. But when testing the soleniod with a power probe I can hear it click and once it is engaged I cannot blow through it any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
JOE
