1990 stock 240 won't start sometimes.

Okay, up until recently, my 240 started on the spot. But now it's at completely random. sometimes it will jsut crank, not turning over. I've replaced the fuel filter and pump, the fuel injectors are new and it still has this problem. Sometime's, if i hold the key long enough. it will eventually turn over, after nearly killing the battery though. Also another problem i think relates to it is when the car idles low(~900RPM), and i step on the gas hard, it will spudder and them nearly die (300-500RPM)Any ideas?

Can you hear the fuel pump running when it doesn't start? Could be some faulty wiring.
