1990 sr20det swap turbo keeps somking cant figure out why

i just replaced the TPS and spark plugs to get the car to run but now it has a really rough idle and the turbo will start to smoke. the car wont actually start without holding down the gas. any ideas as to what this could be?

what you mean the turbo starts to smoke? what color is the smoke? check your maf, make sure its grounded

it starts but has a rough idle turbo smokes white no bad odors just white smoke how would i check the MAF because i dont know if it is bad that could possibly the problem.
