1990 s13 hatch build

Hello guys and gals

I've been around on nico for a while gawking at some builds, I had another hatch build thread but sadly it never got off the ground due to my lease not allowing me to work on it, now I've moved into a new house with a garage . I had the old hatch hauled away, the front end was just too battered for me to wanna keep it.

So I bought a new shell, sohc motor that skipped time, a new dohc ka just rebuilt, and some goodies to help put it together.

The interior is blue, has a cracked dash but I bought a uncracked for 20 bucks at a local salvage yard, installed some mint s14 seats.

The hood is open on it, not misaligned or anything.

Got some goodies from harbor freight, sears and the new O Reillys






also got a Injen Cai for 20 bucks almost brand new with new Ka24de, switching to the chuki bumper.

Got my kade wiring harness for the swap but in the next couple weeks I'll be running down the rest of the stuff I forgot to pull off my old shell in the haste of moving

Finally got the garage cleaned out enough to move my 240 into it little tight at the moment till I get some other stuff out of the way but its better than rolling around in the dirt. Also the wife's parents bought us a nice camera so my quality should be better.




little rust one the rocker panel and behind it in the wheel well, gonna get that cleaned up soon.

I love my s14 seats so comfy.


Hopefully I'll be able to get some more updates soon, gonna try to get a 1piece aluminum driveshaft and a good clutch instead of the oem one I have.

debating on deleting the ac/power steering the same way splintercell has on his car since I have a donor sohc for the parts.

Thanks , got in the garage earlier and ripped out the cracked blue dash and will put in my uncracked black dash tomorrow
