1990 s13 coupe brake light issue?

I've looked around n can't seem to find someone with the same problem as me. When all my lights are off and I press the brakes both of them light up fine. When i turn the daytime running lights on and i press the brakes the passenger side goes out n when i let out of the brakes the passenger side comes back on but is dim. Also when i turn my passenger side turn signal on the front and back work but the dash indicator blinks fast as if one of them was out. Any help with this would be grately appreciated.

i had this issue a while back theses are double filament bulbs and the secondary filament maybe out on that side so when you put the DTRL on the secondary filamant with makes the light brighter doesent come on try changing the bulbs out with correct ones

There could be a grounding issue somewhere as well. But try replacing the bulb first.

Fyi the the common ground for all of the lights is right next to the trunk latch. Also another ground to check us the back driver side wheel well area.
