Take it an audio shop and have them hook it up for ya. Might cost a few greenbacks but saves the headache of messing around in unfamiliar territory.

just google 90 240sx wiring diagram, thats what I did. and 240's dont have a factory stereo ground, so u'll have to run your own ground wire from the new stereo to something metal on the car. I used the bolt under the ash tray.

Well if you inist on doing it your self, this might help.

Speakers are going to be colored a solid color and solid color with a stripe combo

Like for exaple,
Green is positive
Green with black stripe is negative.

Now I dont know if the solid green is really the positive but you get the idea.

To see which set is which speaker, take a AA battery and connect one end to the top, and one to the bottom and you will hear a pop. That will pop will tell you which speaker it is.

Speaker colors should be
Green
Brown
Grey
White\

Hope that help.

For the antenna wire, strip the covering off the wire. You'll see a clear covering on the inside. Strip this covering too and you'll see another set of wires. Go to an audio shop and ask them for the antenna connector. Strip this connector the same way you did the antenna wire inside the car. Wrap the inside set of wires together and tape them. Then wrap the outside wires together ans tape them also. Be careful not to mix up the sets of wires or touch some from the outside to the inside and vice versa when connecting them. It's hard to explain but easy when you're looking at it. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.

hope this helps somewhat. if you need any other wiring diagrams let me know
for the active speakers or not, just look on the door panel. i dont know if this is true for all years but mine say it on the speaker grills

i believe there are just two brackets that hold the radio and the pocket below it. could i get a pic of what it looks like with the brackets installed and if you have those what would it take to get them?
