1990 s13 350 small block engine swap
my friends givin me a chevy 350 small block engine for free and i wanna put it in my 1990 s13 240sx and was wondering 1. If it will fit 2. What will need to change and 3. If its worth it in your opinions, much thanks.

im pretty sure itll fit with some work. after my ka24e breaks im gonna do a 350 swap

why chevy? a small block ford is(like a 351) 100Lbs lighter and can make the same amount of power. Put 351 cleveland heads on it and youve got a poormans BOSS

and now that i can think of it...why not go with a ford 300 strait 6..thats nearly 5 litres and can be turboed easier

I say do it! there is a guy that runs around here with an 89 that has a 350 in his I went down to the track with him and he ran an 11 in the 1/4 all motor with headers/cams and exhaust he said the only modifications he had to do is cut out where the transmission goes he said other than that it sat right in.
