Hi people, I'm new to the forum and I found this place while searching the net.

Well, I've got a big problem. I took out my recently purchased 1990 Q45's instrument cluster to change the main bulb to a different color and when I put it back in the cluster is totally dead. It lights up but everything else doesn't work (speedmeter, tach etc...) apart from the signals but the green lights on the panel don't appear.

Well, I saw a used instrument cluster for a 1992 Q45 on ebay and I'm just wondering whether would it work for my 1990 Q45. Any idea how much it would cost if I send it to a repair shop? Thanks very much.

90-93 Q instrument clusters are the same...........nobody we know repairs them when you can get whole units so inexpensively from junkyards ebay.

If your purchased new from dealer it would be over $1000.

Sounds like you didn't replug all the connectors! or forced one in wrong!
