1990 Q45 Install problems: Lower Wire from left radiator / Stalls after 1 minute

I just replaced my motor for my 1990 Q45, Big Job, lots to learn seems to be running pretty good now but I have 2 issues to resolve,

1: there is a 15" wire which is on the left side lower radiator, I cannot figure out what it shold plug into. I any tips or suggestions?

2: My motor will stall after about 1 to 2 minutes of running when I come to a complete stop, it does not stall again after restarting.

Run it by T3 [Decatur] LW HI inside I285 and let them check it out IAC adjust, TB clean..........................the wire [driverside?] the thermoswitch for ac aux fan?

I can T3 have them check the timing, the wire is from the drivers side of the rad, I noticed the electric fan runs a lot now, do you know where the wire should connect too?

The wire should have a circular sensor tip that Screws into the radiator itself.

The sensor is already installed in thew radiator, I just cannot find where the plug is supposed to be inserted in.Thanks

What brand is the radiator?
