1990 Pathfinder Factory Alarm Wiring Harness

I recently picked up a 90 Pathfinder 4x4. It came with the factory security system but one of the previous owners saw fit to disconnect it and install some hokey alarm. I've removed the aftermarket unit everything works fine, but I can't figure out where the factory harness is supposed to connect to. There's a 4 wire connector coming from the switch on the dash to a harness that was leading under the carpet along the Driver's side door sill. the harness has a (12 pin) male connector and an additional harness retruning to somewhere (it's been cut). Has anybody tried to reconnect the factory system and if so, can you tell me where the harness is supposed to lead to?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The factory alarm module is under the driver's side seat.
