Replaced:fuel filterfuel pump relay
Checked fuseschecked voltage at relays voltage at fuel pump on both sides of connector (dont have exact voltage for each in front of me)
I replaced the relay last time this happened (6 weeks ago) and it started. since then had to replace that little rubber brake light indicator thing (thanks a million to this site!!!)
1 week ago had the batt./brake light intermitt on/off buzzing thing (which I fixed w/ fresh fuse (altho other seemed fine)) (thanks to this forum!)
starting was slightly scary few days since original relay, but always after 2 tries reved fine.
Today no start after driving 1 hour then parked for 20 min (temps are hotter than normal and I drove 30 miles more than normal) 1st attempt - she tried..definite movement of the engine...again ..again.
fiddled around..checked ecu ..relays back & forth...smack gas tank..(that friends neighbors thought was hilarious to watch a chick in a skirt doing ...hope theres no video of that! )remove harness thing at fuel pump, back on.. disconnected batt for bit.tried to start and same as before but no engine mov't ...same ol!
arggg.. thinking fuel pump needs replaced... just wanted 2nd opinion if Im missing something..guy at parts store said check ignition control module? Im just confused if the relay and the harness connector have juice..gotta be pump itself right?
any help would be awesome.!. I bake great cookies
