Hey, welcome to NICO Club!

Feel free to add some description to your issues. That new timing chain and water pump stuff is significant work. Did the truck start okay prior to your repairs? Are you using an FSM? I'd double check all of the hoses, wiring and timing mark stuff. Here's a link if you don't have it already:
