1990 Nissan 300zx not cranking all of a sudden

Hi , I have a 1990 Nissan 300zx Auto 2+0, I recently jumped my other car with it and that was the last time it ran. It's been raining hard the last few days. My Battery is fine. My car is not cranking at all, it makes a click when I turn the key and it also starts blinking security when I hold it forward, i believe it's either the Starter Motor or the Starter Relay. I tapped on the starter to see if it would crank but still got nothing. My bet is the relay. What are your guys thoughts?

I had a similar problem, turned out to be a problem with the factory security system. I unplugged it and everything worked fine. The module is above the ECU in the passenger footwell.
