I have a lil situation with my 300zx, I do not have power steering, my car
had no oil before, so I added half a quart of Dex mercon oil, then
I was bleeding the system, but then when the tires were on the ground, I tried
turning the wheel but its really hard  could it be that my car needs more
Dex mercon? because the belt is tight enough, but there should be at
least power steering, or could it be that my pump is no good??

If there is still fluid in the reservoir, then either the pump is bad, or you have some blockage in the lines. One last possibility is your trans speed sensor is bad, but if your speedo works, then that's fine too.

Oh I see, I need to buy another quart, the lines were flushed before,
I didn't know that my Trans Speed Sensor would cause
my car not too have powersteering.

If it was the pump, could it be possible if would swap a pump
from a J30 to my 300zx??
