1990 Nissan 300zx n/a motor locked up, can i swap a 1995 na

Was thinking on swapping the motor, but will a motor from a 1995 n/a work in a 1990 n/a without issues. Just got this car. I don't know too much about it. Thanks everyone.

95 will have phase 2 (updated) injector and CAS connectors (i think i'm missing something else) otherwise its a pretty straight forward swap.

okay cool! was making sure they didn't change anything that wouldn't bolt up, also didn't want to get it and find it doesn't work. I appreciate it! also didn't wanna have to run into connectors not fitting,

Can you get the harness with the motor? Your 1990 harness will have connectors for PTU and injectors that arent gonna work.

The PTU was what I was forgetting. OP, some of the connectors are different, thats exactly what I and EPN are saying.
